Bruno J. Navarro, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, BOND New York

Your NYC Apartment Agent

First of all, I am no longer a New York licensed real estate salesperson, although I remain actively interested in all things real estate and am happy to offer an opinion if asked.

A native New Yorker, a Brooklyn resident, a homeowner and a real estate investor, I have forged a uniquely broad perspective on the city and its living spaces.

Having worked as a journalist for such organizations as The Associated Press, MSNBC.com and Condé Nast, I also bring an informed approach to the business of real estate — and I endeavored to provide a comprehensive perspective to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

Also a volunteer emergency medical technician (EMT) and ambulance driver, my ability to remain calm under stress is unparalleled.

Intimately familiar with the city’s neighborhoods, attractions and amenities, I have guided many clients through the process of buying, selling and renting homes. Previously, I was affiliated with BOND New York, the largest privately held real estate brokerage in the city.

Currently, I am deputy editor with Risk Assessment Network + Exchange (RANE), a network-based startup focused on enterprise risk management. You can follow me on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Thanks for visiting and happy apartment hunting!
